Refunds, Returns or Damaged Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to work with you to provide a replacement or facilitate the return of the defective item.

Returns must be authorized for all standard products. Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization.  

We are only able to accept returns of products that have not been installed or altered in any way.

We will not accept the return of an item because you do not like the size or color selection that you made. All sizes and colors are shown in the product listing so please make sure you are ordering the correct size and color of product.

Read our Order Disclaimer which outlines the fact that you are ordering a natural wood product which will have flaws and unique qualities. 

We will not accept returns for cosmetic reasons, installation mistakes or quantity miscalculations as outlined in our Order Disclaimer.  

We process all returns and refunds within 5 business days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend insuring the shipment to make sure you are covered in case of damage to the product during return shipping. Reclaimed Michigan will not be responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping.

Reminder – we are not able to accept returns or provide refunds for made-to-order or custom products.
